This Privacy Policy explains how High & High™, operated by NetPro Marketing ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you use our Service. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.
1Information we collect
We collect the information you provide when you enroll and set up your personal link, and a limited amount of information generated as your link is used:

| Billing details | Subscription plan and payment status. Card details are entered directly with Stripe — we never see or store your full card number. |
| Usage & engagement | Anonymous, aggregate signals about how prospects interact with your link (for example, views, clicks, and readiness indicators shown in your private dashboard). |
2How we use your information
- To create and operate your personal presentation link and private stats dashboard;
- To display the profile content you provide to the prospects you share your link with;
- To process your trial and subscription through Stripe;
- To send you account and service emails, such as your welcome guide and setup reminders;
- To maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
3How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the Service:
- Service providers who process data on our behalf: Stripe (payments), Supabase (secure data hosting), and Resend (email delivery).
- Prospects you choose to share with — the profile content on your link (your name, photo, video, and links) is, by design, visible to anyone you send your link to.
- Legal reasons — if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of you, us, or others.
4Cookies and local storage
The Service uses your browser's local storage to remember details such as your in-progress enrollment and your session. We use only what is needed to make the Service work and to measure engagement in aggregate. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
5Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. If you cancel and ask us to delete your account, we will delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable time, except where we must keep certain records (for example, billing records) to meet legal obligations.
6Your choices and rights
You may review or update your profile information at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email us at hello@highandhigh.com and we will respond as required by applicable law.
7Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable technical measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your data and to limit access to it.
8Children's privacy
The Service is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
9Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Effective" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
