Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of High & High™ (the "Service"), operated by NetPro Marketing ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, starting a trial, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1Who may use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and an independent 4Life affiliate in good standing to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and current.

2Your account and personal link

The Service generates a personal, trackable presentation link and a private stats dashboard for you. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your link (including your name, contact details, replicated 4Life links, and any video), and for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your account details secure and let us know promptly of any unauthorized use.

3Membership, free trial, and billing

• Free trial. Paid memberships begin with a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial.
• Automatic renewal. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your membership will automatically convert to a paid subscription and renew at the price shown at checkout (billed monthly or annually, as selected) until you cancel.
• Cancel anytime. You may cancel at any time through your billing portal or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not retroactively refund a period already billed, except where required by law.
• Price changes. We may change subscription prices on a going-forward basis with reasonable notice. Founding-rate members keep their locked rate as described at the time of enrollment.
• Promotional codes. Codes such as founding or leader codes are applied at checkout, are non-transferable, and have no cash value.
• Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method according to these Terms.

4Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and in a way that reflects well on you and on 4Life. You will not:

• Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) or violate any anti-spam, telemarketing, or messaging laws;
• Make earnings, health, or product claims that are false, misleading, or not permitted under 4Life's official Policies & Procedures and compensation plan;
• Represent yourself as 4Life Research™ or imply that High & High™ is an official 4Life product or service;
• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or that you do not have the right to use;
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

5Content you provide

You may add content such as a personal video link, a profile photo, and social media handles. You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host and display that content solely to operate your personal link and dashboard. You represent that you have all rights necessary to provide it and that it does not infringe anyone's rights.

6Income and product disclaimers

Independent affiliates earn income solely through 4Life's official compensation plan, based on their own product sales and effort. No income is guaranteed and results vary. The Service is a communication and presentation tool; it does not generate income by itself.

Statements about 4Life products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. 4Life products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

7Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and "High & High™" and "Prospect Intelligence™" branding, is owned by us and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or to resell or white-label the Service except as we expressly permit in writing.

8Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including Stripe (payments), Supabase (data hosting), and Resend (email delivery). Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers' terms where applicable. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

9Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular business result.

10Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your content, your use of the Service, your marketing activities, or your violation of these Terms or of 4Life's Policies & Procedures.

12Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your membership at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm you, other users, us, or 4Life. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Effective" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

14Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
